Our perspective

Sector expertise, amplified by technology

We invest in software at the intersection of technology and the industries we know. Through Seaventis in yachting and Realentis in real estate, we bring a long-term investor’s perspective to digital businesses rooted in real-world markets. Technology is not a standalone allocation: it is a lens through which we identify opportunities across our portfolio.

Yachting

Seaventis

Seaventis is a software platform for yacht charter, yacht management and yacht sales. It brings commercial activity and vessel operations into connected workflows, from handling a charter inquiry to coordinating crew, maintenance and compliance.

Its charter tools describe a continuous journey from proposal and booking to guest preferences, itinerary planning and check-in. Its management and sales modules address the complementary needs of running vessels and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers.

Our software investment focused on the yachting industry. Seaventis connects our interest in maritime markets with the opportunity to build sector-specific digital solutions, where understanding the people, assets and operations matters as much as the technology.

Real Estate

Realentis

Realentis brings property operations and investment oversight into one platform. It connects residents, leases and maintenance with rent collection, expenses and portfolio reporting, helping owners see both the day-to-day activity of a building and its place in a wider investment portfolio.

The platform describes tools for reviewing occupancy and cash flow, processing mortgage statements and modelling investment scenarios. This connection between operations and financial decisions is particularly relevant to a family office that also invests directly in property.

Our software investment focused on the real estate industry. Realentis brings a technology perspective to a sector in which we also invest directly, linking our experience of property investment and redevelopment with the opportunity for digital innovation.

Technology across our portfolio

Our cross-sector technology edge

Our edge comes from combining technology expertise with first-hand knowledge of the sectors in which we invest. We look beyond software in isolation to understand where it can create lasting value in the real economy.

Industry knowledge

Our property projects, industrial activities and financial investments give us practical questions to bring to software businesses. Realentis connects to the realities of owning property; Seaventis addresses the coordination needs of yachting. We start with the business problem, not the novelty of a tool.

Shared insight

Reliable data and better coordination matter across sectors, but their uses differ: reviewing property cash flow, following a charter booking or evaluating an industrial process. Lessons can travel between our investments without assuming that one product or operating model fits every market.

Patient capital

As a family office, we take a long-term view. We seek technology that can strengthen underlying businesses, improve resilience and support sustainable growth rather than chasing short-lived trends.

Our approach in practice

Seaventis · A charter workflow

A yacht charter business can use Seaventis to follow an inquiry through proposal, booking, guest dietary preferences, itinerary planning and digital check-in. This is a product workflow described by Seaventis, not a claim about a particular customer deployment.

Our investment perspective is grounded in the operational problem: coordinating commercial teams and vessel crews around the same information, while retaining the service expectations of a highly personal industry.

Realentis · From building to portfolio

A property owner can use Realentis to monitor occupancy, cash flow and financing across buildings, then model a rent change, expense change or refinancing scenario. These are capabilities described by Realentis, rather than reported results from our own properties.

Our experience with projects such as Flandrin and Salon-de-Provence gives us a practical lens for evaluating property technology: reliable records, coordination between parties and a clearer connection between asset operations and investment decisions.
